This course has three parts:
1. Pre-induction orientation
2. The LEAD Mindset - Diving Deeper
3. Mindset & Performance

Pre - Induction Orientation
These activities must be completed before embarking on The LEAD Mindset journey.
The LEAD Mindset journey starts with a face-2-face induction.

The LEAD Mindset Diving Deeper plus Mindset & Performance

This course aims to give a comprehensive understanding of The LEAD MIndset and the main concepts that make it so effective.

The content in this course includes a discussion on why mindset is so important for self-development as well as how The LEAD mindset empowers the individual to improve their "offer".

The goal of The LEAD Mindset is to foster leadership skills to get into the act of leading in the service space.
We believe this way of thinking of leadership bridges the gap between professional development and the fundamental human ambition to find a higher meaning and purpose for work and life.

These traits include the 6 leadership qualities highlighted by the LEAD Mindset which are also introduced throughout the course.

Upon completing the course, the learners will be able to take responsibility for their own tasks, deliver excellence and empower others within their communities.
The REAPS Toolkit teaches the principles and practises of being of service to others. It is made up of six modules. What is core to all of the modules is 'The LEAD Mindset - a way of thinking. The LEAD Mindset is the catalyst for agency - how we interpret our situation, rise above it, pull lessons we can use to move forward. In this module we will dive deeper into The LEAD Mindset in three categories:
- why mindset matters
- The LEAD Mindset
- Why communicating to persuade is core in agency
- The LEAD Mindset in problem solving
- The LEAD Mindset agents are teachers
- The LEAD Mindset as Mentors
