LEAD TASTER: LEAD D2MAD -Financial Sector (In School Facilitator) (ICLP PF1)

Description
The LEAD Curriculum offers multiple services. What is common to all our services is The LEAD Mindset.
The LEAD Mindset links purpose to service leadership.
Service leaders are in charge or develop themselves for the purpose of charging up or developing others.
We target employers and academic establishments. We approach employers to source the financial challenge and mentors. We train mentors how to mentor with The LEAD Mindset. The money from the training is used to fund our Student Leadership Programme for children in challenging socio-economic circumstances.
The LEAD D2MAD ( LEAD Day To Make A Difference) is a taster of our Employee Mentoring Programme.
The preview video gives some perspectives of the day.
This course provides the guidelines for an education professional who has take on the role of co-ordinating a taster day.
The course contains templates, testimonials, videos and other resources to get your company ready for a successful LEAD D2MAD.
